01 Lead carpenter/foreman

Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience outside of a building apprenticeship
  • Must have own transport
  • Must be willing and able to help all trades, engineers and architects when on site
  • In general, you need to have a good attitude, be polite, punctual and well presented
  • Must have all essential tools
  • A desire for excellence, be self-motivated and have an eye for detail
  • Able to communicate well with all clients and consultants.
  • Be able to read, clearly understand architectural and engineering drawings
  • Be a team player

Role / Job Description:

  • Lead Carpenter / Site Foreman
  • Reporting to clients and 360PMCC leadership
  • Coordinating all sub-trades and our carpentry team
  • Full onsite management
  • Working with architects and engineers
  • Managing and coordinating site deliveries
  • Working with council and building inspectors

02 Carpenter

Requirements:

  • 1 to 5 years of experience outside of a building apprenticeship
  • Must have own transport and all essential tools
  • Must be willing to work and learn within  a team environment
  • In general you need to have a good attitude, be polite, punctual, and well presented

Role / Job Description:

  • Site Carpenter
  • Reporting to lead builder
  • Coordinating with all sub-trades
  • Development opportunities to progress to a lead carpenter
  • Working with architects and engineers
  • Managing and coordinating site deliveries

03 Apprentice builder

Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work and learn within  a team environment
  • Must be polite, punctual, and  well presented

Role / Job Description:

  • Study towards an NZQA-accredited qualification
  • Assist and learn from qualified carpenters
  • Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organised job site
  • Learn and apply safety procedures
  • Work alongside other tradespeople
