05 Can I make changes to the project while it is in construction?

We understand that projects evolve, and new ideas or adjustments may come up once construction has started. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring the project reflects your vision—even if that vision evolves during construction! Let us know about any changes, and we’ll work together to implement them efficiently.
06 Can I live in the property through the build?
Yes, you can live in the property during the build for many projects, but we’ll work closely with you to determine the best course of action to ensure both your comfort and the successful completion of the project.
What We’ll Do:
- Discuss Options: We will have an open conversation at the start of the project to assess whether staying in your home is realistic for your specific situation.
- Create a Plan: If you choose to stay, we will work out a detailed plan to ensure the project runs smoothly while you live on-site, including creating safe and comfortable living zones.
- Minimise Disruption: We will do everything we can to minimise noise, dust, and disruptions to your daily routine.

We issue a date-based Tracking Document with every invoice to provide absolute transparency. 360PMCC use of a combination of technology, regular reporting, and active management ensures that your project stays on track, both financially and in terms of progress, giving you peace of mind throughout the process.
10 How do you manage the budget and any over spend?
At 360PMCC, effective budget management is one of our top priorities. We have established processes and tools in place to carefully track and control costs throughout a project. You will receive a Tracking Document with each invoice clearly showing any variations. Our goal is to ensure projects stay within the agreed-upon budget, and we proactively address any potential overspend before it becomes an issue. We are committed to delivering high-quality projects while staying on budget, providing you with the confidence that your investment is being managed responsibly.
11 How do you manage the storge and procurement of client supplied products?
At 360PMCC, we welcome client-supplied products like fixtures, appliances, or materials. To ensure proper handling, we follow a structured process for procurement and storage.
Upon delivery, we verify items against the docket, inspect for damages, and ensure everything is accounted for.
